Eclectic and
elegant
describes both
the ambience and
the menu at this
longtime LA
favorite eatery.
Sexy and
seductive are
good words too
for capturing
all that is
Cafe La Boheme.
Renovated in
late 2007, this
place has lost
none of its
charm; in fact,
it is even
better, as if
that were
possible. And it
is.
We fell in love
with the place
all over again,
truly. Plush
semi-private
booths are lit
by magnificent
chandeliers and
are the perfect
spot to lounge,
linger and enjoy
the delectable
Pan-Asian
American cuisine
with a petite
side of French
influence thrown
in. Or perhaps
you would prefer
to dine above it
all in one of
the rock star
booths, complete
with disco ball
chandeliers that
are upstairs,
with a
spectacular view
of the entire
house, which is
always awash in
a beautiful red
glow. The
intimate garden
patio is one of
the best in the
city, soothing,
warmly lit by a
fireplace, an
alfresco oasis.
Throw in the
legendary,
impeccable
service that
this spot has
always been
known for, and
there is no
reason not to
indulge here,
and oh so many
why you should.
Without a doubt,
one of our
favorite
restaurants in
the city, a
romantic
rendezvous
haven.
