Executive Chef
Luciano Sautto,
born and raised
in Naples,
Italy. Enjoy a “Piattini”
menu of small
plates in the
restaurant or

from their
extensive wine
list. The dinner
menu has
something for
every taste and
appetite, from
house made
pizzas, pastas,
fish, beef, or
chicken dishes.
Try the Insalata
Mista with mixed
greens, lightly
fried goat
cheese dressed with a
flavorful
raspberry
balsamic
dressing or the Insalata di
Siniaci, baby
spinach with
sliced pears,
toasted pine
nuts and
taleggio cheese,
dressed with 15
years aged
balsamic. For
your entrée’ the
Paccheri
Bolognese is a
hearty choice or
try the Tagliata
di Pollo alle
Erbe, sliced
herbed chicken
breast, grilled
